The AustriAlpin FidLock V Buckle was developed for use in situations where security is key and for straps with a width of 40 mm. It opens by tilting the stainless steel flap pull cord and releasing a magnet. The greater the weight bearing against it, the more force is required to open it, this means it is self-securing.
