Designed by Jens Ansø the Due Cigni Steak Knife features HPL (High Pressure Laminate) handle scales which are not only comfortable to use but dishwasher safe. The satin finished blade is razor sharp to the tip and heat treated to keep a long lasting edge. It’s a kitchen knife a steak knife that will last forever.

Beautifully curved handles makes working with this knife very comfortable and satisfying. The blade is made from Sandvik 12C27 steel.
