The Due Cigni 1896 Kitchen knife is proudly made in Italy, a stamp of quality in both design and manufacture. The Cheese Knife has a nicely curved blade edge and flat grind, perfectly suited to slicing cheese.

Due Cigni uses German 4116 X50CrMoV15 stainless steel which will retain an edge very nicely. The handle is Walnut wood which has a lovely feel and attractive grain.
